Детальное описание en:
Innovation company "SiSort" completes the development of the first Russian waste sorting. The sample will be presented at the end of October at the international exhibition of equipment and technologies for recycling, waste management and wastewater treatment Wasma in Moscow, the company said.
Now the new device, which was called the "Ecosort", is being tested and certified by the Customs Union. In the near future, the sorter will be sent to a waste recycling plant in Novokuznetsk for testing in real conditions.
“Now the garbage is sorted manually, but it is inefficient. Therefore, the project to develop the first Russian waste sorter is of major environmental and technological importance. Resources are finite, it is advisable to return them back. Today in Russia only about two percent of waste is recycled. Entry into the market of our garbage sorter is able to turn the tide, ”said Maksim Savinkov, Director of SeaSort.
PhotoSeparators of Cisort company sorted mixed items mainly in the optical range: by color, shape, size. "EcoSort" will be able to separate the garbage by quality. According to Andrei Istomin, head of the recycling department of SeaSort, several dozen positions were recognized in the memory of the device: paper, cardboard, wood, textiles, all kinds of plastic. The photoseparator will allow to separate even the mixed materials.
First of all, “Ecosort” will be offered to Russian enterprises, some of them are ready to test a new device, the company notes. Later, the waste sorter will be brought to the world market. According to the company, it will be of interest to the countries of Eastern Europe and China.
Recall: a project to develop the first Russian waste sorting machine, SeaSort, announced about a year ago. The company promised to submit a prototype device by the end of 2018. As conceived by the developers, the new photoseparator will become the “heart” of the recycling plants.
Information: Innovation company "Sisort" is engaged in the development and production of high-tech equipment for sorting bulk products. The Russian leader in terms of sales of his own photo-cameras, is a member of the Rosspetsmash Association and the Altai Cluster of Agrarian Engineering.
Representative offices of SeaSort operate in nine countries of the world, equipment is supplied to 26 countries.

In the Altai Territory, the international metallurgical company NLMK Group has begun to modernize production at one of the largest coke-chemical enterprises in Russia - Altai-Koks
Детальное описание en:
In the Altai Territory, the international metallurgical company NLMK Group has begun to modernize production at one of the largest coke-chemical enterprises in Russia - Altai-Koks. The introduction of the coal charge tamping technology will significantly improve the quality of coke baked in Zarinsk, reduce production costs and improve the environmental parameters of production. According to the Industry and Energy Administration of the Altai Territory, an investment project worth 3.3 billion rubles will be implemented on the most modern fifth coke battery of the company, launched in 2006.
“This will be a unique experience for the coke industry,” emphasize Altai-Koks. - After all, before us, this technology was used only on coke-oven batteries under construction. We were the first to decide to introduce it at the operating production - the fifth coke-oven battery with a design capacity of 1.1 million tons per year, which provides a quarter of the entire production of the enterprise.
The essence of the tamping technology is that the coal charge is loaded into a coke oven not in the traditional way - in bulk from above, but horizontally in the form of a pre-compacted coal briquette. Rammed particles are better sintered, increasing the hot strength of coke, increasing its resistance to mechanical stress during transportation and loading into the blast furnace.
This method will allow to solve two problems at once - to improve the quality of coke and reduce its cost due to the use of cheaper coking coal grades. As a result, NLMK’s blast furnace production will increase. In addition, the updated battery will be equipped with modern systems for collecting and cleaning exhaust gases, which will improve the environmental performance of production.
As part of an investment project for the coke oven battery, a new coal tower with tamping devices will be built, and conveyors and machines will be installed to load the compressed charge in the furnace. To begin commissioning at the company plan in the autumn of 2019.
Reference: NLMK Group is a vertically integrated metallurgical company, the largest in Russia and one of the most efficient steel producers in the world. OJSC Altai-Koks, part of the NLMK Group, is one of the largest coke-chemical enterprises in Russia. It accounts for 15% of the total coke produced in the country.

Marina Rybnikova, Chief Specialist of the Economic Expertise Department of the Altai Center for Investments and Development, became the winner of the FinSkills Russia 2018 contest in the nomination "Best in the profession" in the "Working with Investment Projects"
Детальное описание en:
Marina Rybnikova, chief specialist of the department of economic expertise of the Altai Center for Investments and Development, became the winner of FinSkills Russia 2018 contest in the nomination "Best in the profession" in the "Work with investment projects". FinSkills Russia is the All-Russian competition of professional skills of financial market professionals, established by the Council for Professional Qualifications of the Financial Market in 2017. It is aimed at popularization of modern financial professions, increasing their prestige in the society, attracting young initiative people to obtain financial professions.
Specialists of the Altai Center presented two projects - "Organization of leather footwear production in the Altai Territory", and "Construction of a SPA hotel for 300 rooms". Both are socially significant for the Altai Territory.
The first project "Organization of the production of leather footwear in the Altai Territory" was prepared by Elena Bobrova, Deputy Head of the Economic Expertise Department of the Altai Center for Investment and Development. It is created in reference to the large investment project being realized on the territory of Zarinsk - the Russian Leather plant under construction.
The second project was developed by Marina Rybnikova, it was marked by experts and by results of the competition received one of the highest ratings.
According to the prize-winner of the contest, the project "Construction of a hotel SPA for 300 rooms" was developed based on the needs of the tourist zone of the Altai Territory: Belokurikha, Belokurikha-2, Turquoise Katun, Siberian Coin, Yarovoi and many others. SPA-hotel offers beauty and water treatments. - Not everywhere in the tourist zones of the region there are SPA-hotels, - says Marina. - For example, they are absent in the resort town of Yarovoye. The tourist flow there from year to year is growing, and conditions of high comfort in local hotels are not enough. Now actively building "Belokurikha-2", there are a lot of land, to which investors show interest. The same can be said about the "Siberian coin". Tourists have a need for star and branded hotels, which means that with a high degree of certainty, we can say that in this area there will be proposals for the construction of SPA-hotels. In Belokurikha already, the occupancy of hotels in the summer is 80 - 90 percent, at peak demand they can not accommodate all comers. I think that our project will find a response among investors in the tourist zone of the region and will be in demand when we post it on the center's website. According to our calculations, the hotel should pay off in five and a half years. We understand that this is a long-term, not quick return on investment, so, most likely, it will be of interest to an investor who has been in the hotel business for many years and knows all the nuances associated with investing in it.
With regard to the complexity of the competition, Marina Rybnikova noted: "The specificity of our organization is to develop investment projects, so I did not feel any particular difficulty in the contest. This is our daily work. The center exists for 6 years, in recent years, the activity of entrepreneurs in the investment sphere has increased. In particular, this can be seen from the frequency of appealing to us for help, not only in the development of investment projects, but also in the selection of state support measures for them, the selection of investment sites. This applies to the tourism sector, so we can hope that in the coming years the region and in investing in the tourist zone will show significant growth.
