Prospects for the implementation of investment projects in Altai Krai were considered during the events with the participation of the Governor Alexander Karlin in Moscow
Today, the operational meeting in the Administration of Altai Krai the Head gave a number of tasks the heads of the executive authorities of the region to implement the agreements with investors.
In general, Alexander Karlin positively measured outcomes of the team of experts of Altai Krai at the federal events. On the one hand, the Governor noted that it is necessary to engage in exhibition activity in the existing socio-economic conditions. On the other hand, all concluded agreements of the cooperation have to be executed.
"Our exposition presents Altai Krai very worthy at "Intourmarket" in this year. The exposition has its own face, and every time it does not repeat itself. We took part in the opening ceremony and held an Altai Krai Day. All our representatives, and employees of agencies and invited artisans, creative teams, representatives of organizations, municipalities – the Heads of Administration of Altaysky, Soloneshensky Districts, Belokurikha worthily worked. Our platform was in the crnter and the most attractive for VIPs", said Alexander Karlin. List of guests, who visited the stand of Altai Krai - quite impressive including the Head of the Federal Tourism Agency Oleg Safonov, Deputy Chairman of the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Galina Karelova, Chairmans of a number of specialized Committees of the Council of the Federation, First Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Health Care of the State Duma Nikolai Gerasimenko, other well-known people in the country. At a decent level Altai Krai was presented at the exhibition "Goszakaz - 2015".
One of the positive results in the areas of Moscow was the conclusion of an agreement with "Hilton" about the implementation of investment projects in Altai Krai. As the Head of the region emphasized, it needs to create the indispensable conditions for the construction of a hotel complex on 1.5 thousand places in "Belokuriha-2", which would cost about 10 billion rubles. Besides, it is also about the possible implementation of other projects with the participation of "Hilton".
Significant event in Moscow was negotiations with representatives of the South Korean holding LOTTE GROUP, where they discussed the prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation with Altai Krai. The CEO of "LOTTE RUS" Mr. Young Sok expressed such interest. The world's largest Korean-Japanese company has a wide range of economic interests in Russia including the hospitality industry and the food industry. LOTTE GROUP built a large hotel and shopping and business complex in Moscow. The company of the food industry was built in Kaluga Oblast.
During the negotiations with representatives of LOTTE GROUP the prospects of construction of a new enterprise of food industry in Altai Krai were discussed. Alexander Karlin particularly noted that in the implementation of such projects investors' plans should incorporate the tasks of the socio-economic development of the region in maximum.
Alexander Karlin considered that his participation in the events at the platform of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs was productive. Also there was the signing of trilateral agreement of cooperation between the Administration of Altai Krai, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) and the Altai branch of the RSPP. On 18 March the Governor of Altai Krai addressed a meeting of the Federal Council of the RSPP. And on 19 March Alexander Karlin addressed a meeting of the Congress of the RSPP, in which also the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin participated.
The Governor of Altai Krai set the task to build a closer relationship with the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, and with the Federal Agency of credit guarantees, which will attract credits at reduced rates for business development in the region. We remind that an agreement of cooperation between Administration of Altai Krai and the Agency of Credit Guarantees was also signed at the platform of the RSPP. Document was signed by the Governor Alexander Karlin and CEO of Agency of Credit Guarantees Galina Izotova.
The issues of attracting federal investments in Altai Krai were also discussed at the meeting with Alexander Karlin with the Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russia Mikhail Men.
The Governor of Altai Krai Alexander Karlin held a working meeting with the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Nikolai Fyodorov, where the Head of the Ministry of Agriculture confirmed that agricultural companies of Altai Krai affected by natural disasters last year, will receive compensation for material damage.
