Leaders of the Association "Cluster aerospace technology of polymer composite materials and structures of the Kaluga region" intends to develop partnerships with Altai colleagues. As part of the work took place in Obninsk, the "Union of Russian science cities" the signing of the tripartite agreement on cooperation between the Association "AKOTEH" Association "Altai polymer composite cluster" and the Agency for Innovation Development of Kaluga Region (AIRKO).
The partners intend to join efforts in the development and production of high-tech innovative products and its subsequent commercialization. Such interaction implies, including joint research and development, common infrastructure projects, as well as other extensive work of mutual interest.
"One of the priorities of our Association is the organization and development of interaction with other clusters of the Russian Federation. We can assume that made the first practical step that can bring the participants' AKOTEH "new markets and give them a tangible competitive advantage" - said the executive director of the Association "AKOTEH" Oksana Koval.
In the near future parties to the Agreement will be organized by the working group, whose main task is to develop a full-fledged interaction mechanisms. Kaluga side has a strong position in the field of research, development and engineering works for the aerospace industry, as well as legal and financial support for innovative projects. Acting in the Altai Territory competence center is focused on increasing the production and consumption of innovative products in the region, together with the development of training and skills development.
