Investors state that “Belokuriha-2” can be better than Sochi

Joint Stock Company “Belokuriha Resort” and the group of companies “Olympic-City” conclude an agreement last week.

Deputy CEO of the group of companies “Olympic -City” Dmitriy Ryabov suggests that “Belokuriha-2” can be better than Sochi. He noted that the Altai resort is in a unique location with a lot of competitive advantages, which make it possible to build a resort of the European level.

“There are all that can help to create a year-round business, and in the field of the ski infrastructure the area has reserves for evolutionary, planned development in the next decade (tens of kilometers of various trails). That’s why we also plan to build hotels and sanatorium and resort facilities managed by international operators. I think that the ski resort “Belokuriha-2” can excel Sochi,” said Dmitriy Ryabov.

Recall that the Moscow partners plan to build and launch the first stage of ski resort on the Gluharinaya Mountain at the cost of more than 3 billion rubles to the winter season 2017-2018. It will include four ski trails equipped with a system of snowmaking, parking, restaurants, observation platforms and administrative offices. Investors also consider possibility of building hotels from 3 to 5 stars, spa hotel and cottage village. To work with a complex project team members plan to attract international business consultant. Representatives of the “Olympic-City” will also participate in the “Days of Altai Krai in the Federation Council”, which take place in Moscow on 17th and 18th November.
