According to regional management, food processing, pharmaceutical and biotechnology, Altai enterprises annually supply the Russian and foreign markets about 140 thousand tons of vegetable oils. Every day in the Altai region produces about 450 tons of this product. 


Systematic implementation of measures for the development of the industry, increase the attractiveness of investment and innovation has allowed local producers to increase production of oil by 1.8 times, the production of mayonnaise and sauces based on it has increased by 16% (in 2014 to the corresponding period of 2013). 


High quality, competitiveness and demand for vegetable oil Altai allows companies to supply products not only Russian, but also foreign markets: in Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, Lithuania, Latvia, the United Arab Emirates. 


It should be noted, is currently in the Altai region of production of this type of product involved in more than 100 companies.
