Vzletnaya 2i (adjacent) was included in the borders of the land destined for the construction of a national cultural complex. The necessary lands were currently on the basis of the cadastral registration. For bringing to the united type of allowed using of all lands, the Barnaul Commission of land using and development of the urban district decided to change the type of allowed using.
Dimensions of ethnic complex allow placing dozens of separate buildings on its territory - the national farmsteads with adjacent territories. The area of each farmstead is 20 acres. They will be used by the most numerous representatives of the Altai national diasporas. The remaining area will be taken by a landscape-park. The final appearance of the "National Village" will be largely depended on the attention of investors, because the whole project will be implemented by attracting investment funds.
