State support for the development of small business sector is increasing in the region every year.
The Head of the region Alexander Karlin noticed in his report about the socio-economic activities of the Administration of Altai Krai in 2014, that the state support for the development of small business sector is increasing in the region every year: financial, property, consulting, infrastructural.
According to the official site of the region, in 2014 about 1300 business entities have received more than 790 million rubles, 300 million rubles were fr om the federal budget as part of a regional program of support and development of small and medium-sized businesses.
Opportunities to attract major investments by entrepreneurs were expanded through cooperation of the guarantee fund of Altai Krai with the Federal Agency of loan guarantees. The period of microloans use was increased from one year to three years, and the interest rate is 8.5% per annum. "By the way, we did not raise the annual rate," said Alexander Karlin.
During the past year the municipal units formed "card of needs", wh ere the most promising activities for business were showed, and the real business models were developed, said the Governor of the Krai.
