Altai Krai summed up the results of implementing of major investment projects of the tourism industry in 2015.

On the territory of SEZ TRT “Sky-blue Katun” (Biryuzovaya Katun) the first stage of the internal infrastructure facilities is ready to be put into operation. On the territory of special economic zone 16 resident companies were registered with a total investment – about 10 billion rubles.

For the year of the entertainment and recreation complex in Siberia - a gambling zone “Siberian Coin” - the budget of Altai Krai has received about 30 million rubles. In 2015, completed first phase of the road construction from the village Nizhnekayancha to the gambling zone, completed construction of the gas pipeline branch. On the territory of the gambling zone there are two investors with a total investments-1.5 billion rubles. In November 2014 the first gambling and entertainment complex Altai palace was opened, which has already visited more than 17.6 thousand people.

In 2015, Altai Krai implemented a unique project in the field of energy - a modern integrated power grid. It will fully provide electric power of SEZ TRT “Sky-blue Katun” and the gambling zone “Siberian Coin”, improve the quality of power supply in the Biysk load center and dynamic foothill areas of the region, connect new large infrastructure facilities and increase the investment attractiveness of the region.

In late October, the construction of highway was completed connecting the resort town Belokurikha and tourism subcluster “Belokurikha-2.” The road is a very attractive tourist site; it is one of the most important infrastructural preconditions for attracting large investments in the promising site, in which the largest companies of tourism industry take an interest today.
