The project creation of children's technopark in Altai Krai was presented in the Agency for Strategic Initiatives
Business meeting between the Head of Agency for Strategic Initiatives Andrei Nikitin and the Governor of Altai Krai Alexander Karlin was on 24th March. The sides discussed the progress of the federal pilot project implementation in the region.
The director of “Social projects” of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives Svetlana Chupsheva, a member of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation from the Administration of Altai KraI Mikhail Schetinin, Deputy Governor of Altai Krai, the Head of Economy and Investment Nikolay Chinyakov participated in the event.
The children's technopark concept is as a resource center that unites and organizes the work with gifted children. A unique feature of the object is the use of high-tech equipment and software in combination with the implementation of special educational programs for students. Such complexes have already started in Khanty-Mansiysk, Nefteyugansk and Naberezhnye Chelny.
The following educational directions will be in Altai Krai: model-car construction, robotics, IT-technology, nanotechnology (materials science), biotechnology.
Background information. Altai Krai is one of the pilot regions for the implementation of the strategic initiative “New model of the system of additional children education” on the basis of a cooperation agreement between the Administration and Altai Krai and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects. Authorized body of implementation of strategic initiatives is the Main Department of education and youth policy.
