Altai processor of dairy products expands albumin production

Association of farms “Anuyskoe” of the Petropavlovsky District of Altai Krai, which makes cheeses, intends to develop energy saving technologies. It plans to expand the         processing of secondary raw materials - cheese whey.


Cheese whey processing department was built at the Kamyshensky butter and cheese plant. New product albumin successfully is implemented in Barnaul, Biysk and the Smolensky District. This year, it is going to build a second cheese whey processing department at the Nikolaevsky butter and cheese plant. Plants are built at their own expense.


Background information. Association of farms “Anuyskoe” keeps the traditions and experience of the Altai cheese makers. This is a major diversified agro-industrial enterprise, which has about 35 thousand hectares of agricultural lands, 11 thousand 800 cattle, including 2 thousand 700 milking cows, own processing of agricultural products. The association has three cheese-making plants located in Kamyshenka, Nikolaevka and Antonevka.
