Biofactory for the production of components for the dairy industry will be in Altai Krai
Siberian Research Institute of Cheese-making is about to launch in Altai Krai a biofactory for the production of starter compositions for the dairy industry.
“We found an investor, who will work with us in this direction. Hopefully, we will already begin to produce the necessary amount of starter cultures for Altai Krai by May 2017, and, perhaps, for a large part of Russia,” said the Director of the Institute of Alexander Mayorov.
Project cost depending on the production output is estimated at 45-200 million rubles. The biofactory is working based on the Institute; however, it fills to capacity by 35%. Experts of the Institute develop a new project of biofactory. Partner has become a group of companies “Kiprino”. It is necessary 20 million rubles for only the initial stage of the design and construction of communications.
