Every day companies of the Altai territory produce about 50 tons of butter
According to the
results in January - July this year, milk processing enterprises of the Altai
Territory increased production output. Record results are shown in the release
of butter - an increase of 31.0% (compared to the corresponding period last
year). In addition, there are positive trends in the production of cheese -
increase by 14.2%, milk powder
by 19.1%, and full-cream milk production
“Our butter is a natural product. During the butter production, cream are pasteurized twice, that is why oil has a high level of cleanliness in microbiology and has a pleasant nut flavor,” said the chief technologist of Barnaul milk combine, Julia Tuganova.
In addition to the classical production technology Altai experts have developed a unique exclusive product, which has no analogues in Russia.
"This autumn the company of Zonalny District, Ltd Altai Burenka will launch the production of butter with natural ingredients: Altai sea buckthorn, strawberry and Altai honey under the auspices of the support grant of projects in the field of healthy nutrition. In addition to the classic taste of the product it will have functional characteristics, which positively affect the body of the consumer," says the head of the Altai Territory of food manufacturing, processing and pharmaceutical industry and biotechnology, Tatiana Zelenina.
