Алтайские сыры вновь стали лучшими в России
Altai manufacturers represented their dairy products once again at the prestigious competition, which was held at the Adler in late September as part of the All-Russian scientific and practical conference devoted to the development of the dairy industry in the Customs Union and the WTO.
There were more than 200 product samples from regions of Russia and countries of the Customs Union as well as from Moldova. Products competition was carried out in accordance the approved statute of the type "closed tasting" to interest independent expert tasters in the quality of dairy products. According to the results of the competition the best products were awarded with the Grand Prix medals, diplomas of laureates in 19 categories.
Altai producers also took part in the prestigious event such as: JSC "Modest", IE Emelin V.P. (factory of processed cheese "Plavych"), the enterprise group of companies "Kiprino" - Ltd. "Tretyakovsky Creamery", JSC "Kiprinsky Creamery" and Ltd. "Troitsky Creamery".
Once again the Altai product was awarded the highest award the Grand Prix. Cheese "Swiss" block, which was produced by "Tretyakovsky Creamery", did not leave indifferent highly professional jury, which awarded it the status of the best cheese in Russia.
Four samples of enterprises of the Altai Territory received another high reward: cheese "Mountain Master" (Ltd. "Tretyakovsky Creamery"), cheese "Kiprino" (JSC "Kiprinsky Creamery"), demineralized milk powder (Ltd. "Troitsky Creamery"), drinking yoghurt enriched for infants, the density is 3% (JSC "Modest").
IE Emelin V.P. was awarded Diploma of the winner of the competition of quality dairy products (factory of processed cheese "Plavych") for processed cheese "Amber", the density is 50%, and “Tretyakovskiy Creamery” for cheese "Grand Prix".
As a result of work from January to August Altai manufacturers of cheese and cheese products show the finished products, exceeded the national results for the same period. Thus, for the designated interval milk processing enterprises of the Altai Territory produced cheeses and cheese products as compared with January-August 2013 more than 13.4%. In turn, the figure for Russia was 10.9%.
By the General Directorate of the Altai Territory of food manufacturing, processing and pharmaceutical industry and biotechnology
