Altai farmers began to cook delicious types of cheese

Russian fans of delicious types of this product can be calm - Roquefort, Camembert and Dorblu will not disappear from the shelves with the introduction of sanctions.

"The French don’t know about the small Altai village Solonovka, but this remote place promises to be a real cheese village soon and receive the same recognition as Camembert of Normandy", noted the correspondent Daria Masalova. A film crew was on a visit to Alexander and Alla Kokoriny - the first and only farmers of Altai Territory, who began to cook delicious types of cheese. Alla Kokorina went to France for bacteria for the cheese production, there she studied receipts and visited master classes of European masters. Today, together with her husband they cook Camembert and Roquefort. Farmers have no doubt - the demand will be for the delicacy. In future they are going to start production of Gorgonzola and Dorblu.
