All-Russian Field Day will present prospective projects of animal husbandry
Fur farming of Altai Krai will be presented at the All-Russian Field Day – informed the official website of the Siberian Agropark.
Altai Krai is traditionally known for large cattle population, successes in the development of poultry farming, horse breeding and other areas of animal husbandry. At the All-Russian Field Day all these areas will be presented at the exhibition of breeding livestock.
There visitors of the exhibition will be able to appraise the achievements of fur farming of Altai Krai. The exhibition will present the breeds of fur animals grown in breed animal complex “Magistral” of the Talmensky District.
Pastel, sapphire, white Hedlund, black crystal, black standard – these are mink breeds, which will be presented at the exhibition. Also there it will be possible to see the black sable.
Fur farming is one of the most interesting and unoccupied niches in the region promoted by the Altai Centre of Investment and Development. Investment proposal of fur farm construction for mink breeding was developed for business. Implementation of the project will require more than 41 million rubles of investment inflows.
“Today mink breeding in artificial conditions is a perspective view of a business that allows producing valuable fur and getting high profits. Revenues from sales of primary processed hides with a full capacity of the farm will amount to 27.5 million rubles per year,” noted in the Altai Centre of Investment and Development.
